Fragrant mushroom soup

  • 1 box (250 g) mushrooms
  • 1 litre (vegetable) broth
  • 10gr potato flour
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 8 twigs of parsley


Clean the mushrooms, cut them in slices. Boil the mushrooms for about 8 min. in the broth, until done. Dilute the potato flour with 1-2 tbsps. of water and add this mixture to the mushroom broth while stirring. Season to taste with pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley.
